In the Rental Agreement, the Renter is the person renting the specified vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the Vehicle) from Dibalitrip Rental Company. Car rental with driver services are calculated for 12 hours per day. Overtime will incur a charge of 10% of the daily vehicle rental price or as per the extra time cost. DURATION

CANCELLATION

Vehicle rental cancellations can be made at least 2x24 hours before the rental day. Vehicle rental cancellation within 2x24 hours.

PAYMENT

A 30% Down Payment of the total payment is required as a booking deposit to reserve and secure the fleet. The balance payment is due 2 days before the rental date.

CONFIRMATION

If you send money through a bank, simply inform us via SMS, email, phone call, or WhatsApp, and we will send an invoice or proof of payment to your email or WhatsApp address.
